HI,
I TRIED  TO ANSWER ON VORTEX BUT SOMETHING WAS WRONG, Any way,I checked mine against the better picts. on vortex and the top outlet is different, mine goes to the side.

The one you have sounds like it's the radiator for diesels with A/C.
