1990 Golf GTDPart was dropped without replacement by VW, also not available through VW classic parts or the aftermarket here in Germany.
Part # is 068 121 065 AA - Wasserrohr/Water pipe

Before you tell me it's a standard Golf part, look again... it has an additional outlet for the secondary electric water pump that feeds the turbo. To my knowledge, it's exclusive to this engine.

Anyone happen to have one of these kicking around, or know where I can source one?
I have thought of modifying the standard Golf TD piece to work, but I'd like to avoid that if possible.
I'd guess you would probably be best off making something though.
I found a genuine vw one of these brand new 2years ago, took me 4 months to find it though.
Eventualy found it after googling the part number and it was on about the 18th page of something.
A small garage in Ireland had a list of nos parts and they happened to have one in stock.
If i couldnt find one i was going to buy a non turbo one and cut off the bracket from my old one then have it braized or welded on in the correct position to the new one then paint or powdercoat.
Very frustrating as most places list this pipe for the td, sb code but it ends up being just a normal non turbo pipe.
I usually throw these away, and run the turbo without water, but i can see if i find one.

Thanks for the headsup on this, as mine is rusting nicely at the moment, and I didn't realise this was a RA, SB only part. Copper pipe bodgery and black paint are in my future.
