need help! broke down Mk1 in Taos NM

FOUND ONE THANKS!  ;D

a friend of mine is traveling thru NM in his rabbit truck and needs help. The clamp that holds the rear pivot point on the control arm broke. The part number is 171407169. it's item #2 in this image:



if anyone could send it to him ASAP in Taos NM it would be much appreciated. paypal is ready to go.

If it were me, i would be looking at 'universal' sway bar brackets at the nearest auto parts store. Chances are something is very, very close.

First I heard of one of those breaking. Things could go wrong real fast.
I hope he is OK.
I'm not near NM so am not of much help.

My brake valve went bad, no stock, no longer made
I searched and found new from a seller from 2009 on vortex
75.00 shipped, new in the bag..

MY dealer says how do you find this stuff...
