thermal sensor ID
« on: June 01, 2014, 01:47:48 pm »
There are 3 different thermal switch/sensors attached to the water outlets in the head.

Two single connectors in the side outlet, one dual in the front outlet.

side outlet a) nail head sensor~coolant gauge (bl/y wire)
               b) spade sensor~GP relay (bk/w wire)

front outlet dual spade~? (wires are really messed  up)

Anyone has idea?

Thank you for your time and effort.

You have a model wth AC.  The one on the end of the head is the senser for the gage in your dash.  The ones on the front outlet are sensers to keep your AC from operating until the engine is up to proper temperature.  The wire to your AC is routed thru this senser.
