I got it done very easily. I ended up NOT re-installing the clamp for cylinders 1 & 2 injector lines because I would have had to force them closer together... this might have been what caused the breakage of the line in the first place. I observed the vibration of the #2 line shortly after starting the engine and that line probably vibrates the least amount of the 4, so I'm not worried.

Line #1 or #2 will most likely break very soon with no clamps on them. Believe me, I left the clamps off before I knew any better, and broke a line within 2 days of driving it again. It's amazing how much those clamps actually do.
In the pic it looks very close to the aluminum tab on the pump, near where it broke.
Those weren't somehow vibrating against each other?
There is a place with more durable #2 lines but I can't remember where,.. ebay?
There is no way I can install the clamp without causing extreme pressure to the line. And I don't think there is another location for that clamp...
Then you probably have a bent or wrong line in your set.
Bent or wrong line or you need to loosen all the lines at both the injectors and pump and allow them to "relax" into a position where they're not stressed and then re-tighten and install clamps.

That pump is rotated so far back and close to the lines,.. you might think about jumping the timing a tooth so you can pull the top of the pump forward and away from the lines,.. makes it easier to change glow plugs too.
