mystery fuse??

replaced my glowplug relay and notice a 30 amp fuse on the top left of the fuse block that was blown.  didn't notice anything not working?
was is it for?

I looked in my PartsPlace catolog and the show a part for the 77-92 called a Glow Plug fuse box and it takes a 50amp fuse.No idea if this info will help you would but to me this sounds like what your taking about.

Hey turbo eco-
Well I can't speak for the 91's, but back in 81 there were only 2 items that took a 30 amp fuse.  One was for the fuel pump relay (gas models, not really applicable on this forum :) ) and the other was for the radiator fan motor.  At least on the 81's (westmoreland), this radiator fan motor fuse occupied the #1 fuse location, and I would guess that might be the case with yours.  Hopefully you replaced it, if not keep an eye on your temp gauge.

there is a 30 amp fuse for the fans but its like number 18 on the bottom. i did replace it guess i'll just wait to see if theres a diffent in anything
