I have a spare TD oil filter mount but I'm not going to ruin a turbo oil supply line to get you the fitting.

It sorta looks like you could just drill and tap what you already have?

I tried the the drill and tap method already. It's easy the strip the tapped tread and tricky to that area to seal. With lots a Teflon tape and a few tries I did finally got no oil leak. However I would prefer the correct part for more reliability

Ah.
Drill, tap, and helicoil. And thread high temp thread sealant.
But i don't blame you for wanting the right part. Good luck.

Much easier to drill and tap if you have a drill press and a vice.
Drill it
then put the tap in the chuck and turn it by hand following the same path as the drill.
Until it's started good,
then use a 12 point socket or T-handle to finish the threading.
