sucks im so far away.  i have been trying to get rid of my truck because i made it road worthy without ever having driven it before i bought it, haha!  put smaller seats and steering wheel, with larger seatbelts and still a no go.

is that price just for the shell?

put dummy stub axles, old broken cv joints work great, use your passat to tow bar it to him.. or get bbob too.. just its length will suck on such a tow... but will be nice road trip.. just street corners will be fun learning...

yea it has axles in it now, but I have dummy axles I use for stuff like that. I'm sure he would tow it out there for a price. I've had some local interest so far but no cash. now granted its only been a day. its got new tires on it too. I was going to have the body work done to it and put my mtdi in it. I still might, but if I can sell it I will.

No, it's just something you do  if you have too many cars sitting around.
It's pretty easy if you know what you are doing, my  old bodyman friend and I  made one  and it drove the next day.
We did use a Cabriolet,  so  its open top, maybe saved some time on that.
