Are ALH rod bolts TTY?

Does anybody know if the rod bolts for an ALH are TTY? 1/4 turn does not seem to be enough to get the bolts into plastic deformation with such a fine thread.

Yes. At least from what I remember. My Bentley I think said both rods and mains were TTY
