Okay here's my issue:
At the moment have an Audi TDi longitudinal 'box and equal length driveshafts all as standard from the Audi 80.
I don't want 4x108 hubs as it's a terrible size, and making my own is out of the question.
I'm led to believe Golf MK2 used the same driveshaft splines, at approx 34 spline, 26mm OD, but again 4x100 isn't much better, and as it is i'll need driveshaft spacers due to to track width increase.
So, what cars have equal length driveshafts, would quattro/syncro etc rear driveshafts be strong enough? (Target is a well modified inline 5 TDi)
Or passat, they had a FWD engine the wrong way around in the B5's i think?
Can't really use 2 of the same side or the bolt will unscrew itself i assume
