Hood liner, where to buy?

Does anyone have an idea of where to get these, for an mk2, the hood liner mat? I think they maybe only came on diesels because I never see them in junkyards. Or does anybody know the part number for this item and for the clips? Or does anyone have one in good shape?

If you fold it up I doubt it would be too bad an injection pump costs about 40 used to ship from Canada...

They are fairly stiff. I don't think you could fold it without damaging it. Maybe if you rolled it up in a 12" tube it would work.

How much of a hurry are you in to get rid of it? I will be in the area next spring, lol.

My concern is that it won't like being folded up to ship. And, if I go though the effort to get one I wouldn't think it would be worth it unless it's in pretty good shape so yeah, I would want to see some pics.

I bet you could roll it pretty tight and then at the final edge tuck some cardboard in there and keep rolling until you have a good overlap.  Tape it all down and pack the ends with double cardboard cut to size and more tape.  Build your own cylinder really is all you do.  Ship UPS It might take a dryer or fridge box to do it but look to a local appliance store for that.  Shoudn't cost much by weight but over sized might get you.

I'm all about the slow build.  It's just sitting in storage, so no rush.  I'll take some pics and post or PM them to you.  It's an MK2 and I have the clips.  I can't remember condition, though if it was poor, I wouldn't have bought it.  My intent was to modify it for an MK1 , but it has been sitting for a while and I've more pressing projects.

It has a small puncture through the first layer of material, but otherwise in great shape.  This is approximately at the 9:30 position of center.
