I work for SITA, we're a European cooperative formed by airlines in 1949. Our mission is to solve the communications needs of the airline industry - if you've been on a plane you've probably been through a computer system of ours somewhere!

I am a Marine Technician. I prefer the diesel stuff ;) A 2112cc Peugeot 504 with a delphi rotary pump.

HOWEVER, I do get to drive all of them around to "make sure" they are working properly ;). We have a 400 slip marina, so I get a few boat rides a day haha. Me and my buddy going out for a test run in a pair Chris-Crafts, both with 454's and swinging some big 4 blades. TORQUE.

Soft spot for the woodies, this is a fully original flat-head straight 6 powered Barrel Back Chris built in the 40's. Not far from where I work actually. lol. Georgian Bay living :).

I am in industrial sales. I sell all form or nuts, bolts, 3M, and some hardware stuff too. I drive a ton doing it, hence the VW diesels. I pay out of pocket for all my expenses, so any money saved is money earned.

After trying 3 or 4 other careers,  I was drawn to teaching. I teach a variety of courses ( one being an intro. auto tech course) at the local high school.

I'm always singing the praises of Rudolph (Diesel) to the students - they just think I'm an nutjob.  ;D

btw - an eclectic cross section of jobs, guys - great post idea

I did this part-time when I was in school in Daytona, at an Ormond Beach hospital. I should have stuck with it instead of aviation.  ???  Nice to have free health care.
