Long story short I got a cheap one from searching google, like less than $30 to the door. No not from "that" guy. Only thing different about this one over all the others I have used is it has silver looking metal instead of gold?
Checked all bolts and can't torque more, its dripping with the engine on in atleast 3 spots and whicking from other areas. I have never seen this before and I had made both surfaces spotless when the engine was on the stand.
Makes me wonder even though it fits the pan layout, maybe its was a cheapo or maybe the layout of the rubber is different?
Just had to ask, I am going to order one of the name brands for more money like I have used up until this point. The fit is so bad I wouldn't even want to try goop, I haven't used a drop of it on the other engines I have used the windage tray.
