I can rebuild your head for you,and we can work something out for the parts you have.I may even have a core head to do for you,so you can just exchange it,I'll have to look.

Shoot me an email, and we can discuss it further. [email protected]

Wyldman:
I don't mean to hijack, but how much would you charge to rebuild a head?
Also, I saw you mention in another thread that you do the 1.9 crank mod, how much do you charge to do that? You should list these services in the "vendor" section!

Crank mod runs about $200 to accept the TDI gear for a loose crank.Doesn't matter if the crank is damaged or not,as long as the snout damage isn't too severe. If it is bad,it will need more welding (add'l cost),or need to be replaced.

A good TD cylinder head rebuild is usually around $350 parts and labour.I can do it with a 3 angle valve job for a little bit more. Each head is a little different depending on what all it needs in hard parts (ie:new valves,guides,pre-chambers,etc).I like to tear them apart first before I give a firm price.

I can also do it complete, with all new valves, guides, lifters, etc. It's your choice depending on what you wish to spend.

I would rebuild a 1.6 head for you in trade of a 1.9 head. I can also do a 3 angle valve job and fully flow the head, from mild to wild. Let me know.

Well Im trading it to my brother....so its all ok. But I would be afraid to even TRY to trade a gun with someone in another country. As NAZI as these people are I sure Id be sitting in Cuba only a short time after it was boxed up.

but yea...cars, guns and tools...just about all I need.
