Kit is SOLD. On the way to PA.
Last year I built this turbo kit and have been rocking it as my daily driver since then. I've pushed this 1.6D to what I sure thought would send a rod through the block. I.E. Handing a S2000 it's but on the mountains in GA yesterday(downhill of course). Handing a stock 2.5 mk5 his butt on the uphill. Towing my dirtbike, family of 4 cruising on the interstate at 75mph, etc. The 1.6N/A is amazing at how much boost/fuel it can it take.

That said...I found a TDI donor so I'm going to convert. I'll just sell my setup and go NA for a while until the TDI is ready to drop in.

SO...up for sale is well built, all issues sorted, custom turbo kit for your mk1/2 1.6 diesel. They don't come anymore bolt on than this.

Included:
1. Mk3 TDI turbo (Donor was a 1998 Jetta TDI - AAZ K03)
2. Boost controller (Brass version)
3. All vacuum hoses for the controller and wastegate
4. mk3 TDI exhaust manifold. Already tapped for an EGT probe!
5. Spearco intake manifold. CLASSY! Has a fitting to get a boost signal too. I'll include the fitting and the welding tip to ease the signal to your boost gauge.
6. Stainless steel intake tubing that with necessary silicone hose
7. K&N filter with fresh oil
8. oil feed line.
9. oil return line.
10. oil pan to work with the return line
11. Engine block plate for the breather.
12. All metal breather lines that bolt to valve cover - You can use any valve cover you want. I had a G60 but it's not for sale with the kit.
13. mk1 downpipe. Will clear standard and short shift 020 linkage perfectly. Bolts to the transmission so it won't crack too!
14. Probably the most important item....Tech support. You won't be dropped after the sale.

You can bolt this kit on in a weekend easy. Slowly crank up the fuel and watch your turbo diesel come to life! Tired of people honking at you? Want the tires to spin again? Love coal coming out of your exhaust???

$999 + 1.

Any questions just text me at 229-three hundred-4714

Thanks,

Jason

Very nice Jason, I will agree with you.. the k03 is an AWESOME turbo and this will make a very good turbo setup for someone wanting big low down power :).

Good luck with the sale.

So the downpipe is different bolt pattern than stock mk1 offering?

And this mates with stock chasis toilet bowl?

Thanks guys. I run 10-15psi all day. I never let the EGTs go over 1000. I will say though that I run uphill with 20psi and EGT's at 1100 or so for longer than I felt comfortable but the motor continued to pull!

I then loaded up my family in the rig and drove 6 hours home. When the turbo spikes at 25psi it would usually just blow out boost signal line but that's it.

Diesel motors love boost. It just cools them down. Headstuds and rods on the other hand don't. Fuel is what you have to watch.

As for the downpipe. It's welded to fit a mk1. You will have to figure out how to adapt it to your current exhaust.

Respectfully,

Jason
