Junk yard find. 91 Eco diesel

I just bought 91 Eco diesel...  Friend of mine in Omaha texts me a pic of one in the u pull it yard..

So finally above 50 degrees today so grabbed tool bag. And headed off...

Glad took a cordless 1/2 snap on driver and a saw zaw..    Original plan was to grab turbo.   And misc trim tail lights.    Well getting that turo removed while engine in car turned out to be a chore... So I grabbed head bolt tool and did the easy way..    Had to cut that return line.   Couldn't get enough muscle on it to remove it the right way...   

My car has t3 on it. So not sure what I am gonna do with this k14..  Or the injection pump or head..

I thought about having head rebuilt.    Are there mods / upgrades to head I can do to get more power?

I'm tempted to go back and remove the block and tranny...  As spares..

im only going to sell the turbo and injection pump and air box..     want to keep the head / block ( if i go pull it ) as a spare.

i do NOT know the condition of them since they were found in a junk yard.
