I know two of them are burnt out but they didn't trip the cel before. Ill certainly replace them pronto in case they are the cause of the trouble. Thanks for the feed back guys. I have a feeling the egress its self is stuck open. Ill take it off again on a day I don't have to work. How much vacuum is needed for the valve to operate?

The light stopped coming on ... car drives fine... didn't do a thing.
