WTB MK2 hand brake lever 357711307A

I need a MK2 hand brake lever 357711307A. The teeth on mine (92 Jetta Ecodoesel) are mangled. I can probably fix it with grinding/ filing but it'd be easier by replacing it with a good used one.

Thanks! Good to know. I may not need it though. Took a Dremel with a diamond bit (it's hardened and a file just glances off) and sharpened the rounded/ chewed up pawl, which was the cause of the parking brake lever popping. It looks good now and seats well in the teeth. Real test is whether it holds when installed.

I ignored the parking brakes with a frozen parking brake cable for way too long, which caused the lever to pull unevenly and the pawl to run off center relative to the teeth thus chewing it up.  It popped a few months ago, the only time I forgot to leave it in gear while I ran into a store double parked and the car rolled and dented the door of a van- my only "accident" in many many years.

Don't procrastinate like me and replace any frozen parking brake cables!

Installed it and it works fine! Don't need a replacement anymore.

Your's will not fit.

This is what it looks like. I sharpened  the pawl and teeth again with a Dremel and adjusted the lever so it engages higher (on better condition teeth) and it does not slip anymore. How long will it last is the question. If anyone have one of these please pm me.
