Heres a pick of my engine bay & in perticular my diesel fuel pump, it looks differant to any picture ive seen on the forum, what are the advatages or feature of this model pump.
Ie ,ease of power enhancement etc.

I'm gonna move to new zealand, did you guys see that engine bay! No rust, no corrosion no salt residue. Looks like it just rolled out of the showroom. I bet you can take stuff apart with hand tools, no cutting torch required!

Back on topic... Your engine is a standard AAZ 1.9TD with the addition of EGR. Follow the instructions "Make your 1.9TD a faster car" in the FAQ to get started. That will fix the pesky EGR and add lots more power. If you still want more, come on back and ask specifics...

Hi Quick Td, thanks for the reply, the egine bay is pretty clean ,but i had recently waterblasted it, as it was covered in dust from gravel roads.

Do you know where i can find a online manual of this engine & pump, as i dont have a idea of what bits & screws are what,im pretty handy with gasser carbs ,but this has got me beat. :?
