• I have for sale a 10mm tdi pump that had a bad QA with a 1.6td pump! Put them together and build yourself an mtdi pump or use them for ? The tdi pump came from a 1z with 142,000 on it and was running when QA went goofy and i had to get towed home from ohio. The TD came off an 85 jetta years ago and has been sitting around since. I'd like to get $260 plus shipping?

• 1.6TD pump is a very poor base pump for an mTDI build.

• Why would the 1.6td be the base pump? Couldn't you also use the 1.9tdi as base pump and adapt the throttle control and boost bits? I'm not at all saying I have any experience on this one merely read some threads. If anyone is interested in either pump separately shoot me an offer. I need cash for a vacation i promised the gf!

  you cant just take a TDI pump, and bolt a TD pump top on it and have a m-tdi pump..
  
  you need an AAZ pump, a 1.6TD pump, and a TDI pump to build a M-TDI correctly..
  
  good deal on the pumps, none the less.. wish i had some money, they would be mine.
