wanted/trade/sale- small parts needed

I am looking for that will work with an 86 mk2-

1-  that little rubber bushing that screws to the back of a stereo and holds it in place.  (I think on tons of VWs)
2-  a driver side dash speaker grill, black preferred, but any color will work for me (from a mk2)
3-  Inner fender plastic splash shields for the front end.  I am missing both  (from a mk2)

I have a couple things to trade/sell if anyone's interested

1- complete single round headlight setup, including crappy grill (missing a bunch of clips)
2- a good passenger front door, dark grey with same interior off an 85 jetta

I hope this helps, but for that rubber bumper on the back of the radio I went to Ace hardware and found a rubber stopper the right diameter, and just drilled a hole in it and put a screw with a washer on it.
