Maybe a hydraulic shop can cut the flange and tube, put the flare and nut on it.

If you can get the old one off, take it to a good hydraulic shop. A local shop did a great job on mine, though I did change the outlet fitting to this;

I think he's going the other direction... there isn't a flange-boss on his turbo core, just the tapped hole for the straight pipe that leads to the compression fitting.

If you take the threaded end to a hose shop you could have a new one made. If you take the entire thing into a hose shop I guess would work better. They can copy it. If you wanted to make your own you could cut yours where the braided section attaches to the pipe part and double hose clamp an oil and temperature rated hose to it. Take you banjo off the braid and put it into the hose. You may have to weld a barb on the banjo or find a new banjo as I do not know how it might come off the braided part.

I'd offer the one I have cheep, but I'm not sure it's any good either... got a big kink in the braid where somebody dropped it.

If yours is too destroyed to to take to a hydraulic shop, lemee know. I can probably take this one to the shop and get you a quote.

Yeah I have both, but I need to keep the straight section.

I can get you pix, dimensions, quotes, etc., if that helps.
