Hey guys/gals! I know I'm new here, finally got around to figuring out this registration process. But you may recognize me from vortex.

Anyways Very nice head purchased from Parts place. New everything. The cam has a bit of rust on it. Should wipe off. The casting is an OEM reman casting. I opted for an OEM casting instead of the new aftermarket.

These cost $600+new plus shipping and core!

I think $450 is a fair price.

Might trade for a k26 turbo and manifold..

Gee I feel really, really good about getting mine from a forum member for the cost of shipping.  Less than 100 bucks.  True it needs to be machined and pressure tested but that will only be another 125.  So, I feel good that what I got helped him and me in a way.  Best of luck getting this to someone that needs it.  Eventually someone will.  

 Oh yeah, fill in the location part of the registration so folks get a sense of where you are at.  Shipping to a close zone is cheaper than across the country.  Trust me on that.
