Black = + - red = + yellow= W

?
Would it be the same pin out on ce1 deisel tach??
Michiel
This W terminal diesel tach can be fitted into a CE1 cluster or work as standalone tach. Just supply power to it and connect it to the W terminal. I modified it to trouble shoot a problem I had while modifying a Westmoreland tack for my Caddy. I got the Westmoreland tach sorted and working and have no need for the CE1 tach. Surely some of you can use a diesel W terminal tach! Make me an offer!

50.00 shipped and I will take it...you'll have to tell me how to wire it for sure though.

OK, it's a deal! I'll pm you.
My reply on the wiring was a question. I am pretty sure the diesel tach has the same pin outs and I just want to be sure before I wire it in. I have the gasser tach foil but the tach conection was cut off. Is the first (black wire) pin neg (ground), third pin (red wire) pos, and the fourth (yellow) the W connection?
thanks,
Michiel
Duhh,
Just re-read your reply and saw your answer at the bottom, guess my mind skipped ahead thinking it was my question re-printed.

Michiel,
