FS: used working t3 turbo

I yanked this off the car I have been driving a while.  Seems to do the job just like the others I have had with stock fueling/blowoff valve settings.  Just bare turbo, no drain line like pictures below.  This sucker was leaking like crazy with that drain line.  Also I think the fitting on the bottom of the turbo needs attention because of leaks.  When I put it back in service I just used what was there, a little piece of rubber jammed into metal pipe through the turbo hole with a dab of rtv and it didn't hold up.  I have seen some people tap that hole with a fitting which makes sense.  The turbo I have on my latest engine has done the same.

When looking at the turbo inlet I can't tell if somebody painted the fins?  Looks like some black is flaking off and there is buildup that should be cleaned up.
