After honing the cylinders, with 76.5mm pistons it was gonna be at .0023" piston clearance which is only .0002" below the wear limits. The only pistons I can find are 76.48mm so now its gonna be like .0031" piston clearance, which are not worth buying and not worth my time to assemble. I might be able to make back my money by selling the injector pump and vacuum pump and a few other goods that were left on the block.
The JB weld is still holding up by the way.
