WTB: Bosch pop tester parts needed (fuel bowls, gauge, and injector line)

Hi guys,
I've got two Bosch injector testers, both need the plastic fuel bowls (M22x1.5 thread I believe), and one of them needs the gauge and an injector line.
Hoping to fix them both up, test, then sell one once it's known good. Any tips or advise on where to get these parts, or a good gauge to use would be appreciated. I've checked out the ebay place selling the bowls in India, but it's $50+ after shipping - so hoping there's a better / cheaper solution closer.
Might be able to fix one of the bowls if I can find a nice M22x1.5 plug to replace the broken part on the bowl I have.

I am doing the exact same thing you are. Looking for a bowl - I have a few leads and diesel injection places helping me out, If I get one i`ll let you know.
If you want to sell a parts tester without fixing it, let me know.

BTW, I just noticed you are in Canada so any leads I get won`t be of any use. See
this thread for another Canadian who scored a bowl at their local FLAPS - NAPA. This is a CIS part, but will definitely work for you.
And
this thread for diesel specific part numbers.

The bowl from the indian supplier isn't that great. If I needed one, I would retrofit a hosebarb and use a different type of bowl.
The gauge from this same supplier looks really nice but responds slowly, if I keep mine, I'm going to pour out the glycerin.
For injector lines, you should be able to make one out of 2 TDI lines if they are 14mm, the one end of a TDI line is 12mm, chop 2, join them with compression fittings.

The paint cup at HF looks good...thanks
i will probably go this route and use the paint cup with a 2 ton bottle jack off Craigslist:
http://www.peachparts.com/Wikka/DieselInjectorTester
yep that is a great way to go. The bottle jacks at HF are probably like $15 or less with a
coupon.
I just bought both sets of paint cups, the adapter from home depot, and some misc adapters and a inline fuel filter from oreilly .. i`m in about $30 something dollars and the whole mess still doesnt fit together quite right. So i`ll more than likely return all of this and order the damn cup after all. lol

The aluminum canister from HF really is very nice if you can get it to fit. It has a m16x1.5 female thread at the bottom. The adapters do exist, they just wont be found at the nearby hardware store.

Sorry for the delay - I thought I'd get a notification of replies so I'll have to play around with my settings to ensure that is set up properly.
Great links and great info!
On of my containers looks like I can file the broken M22 threads down flat, and then use an o-ring to seal it against a M22x1.5 plug if I can find one with a external hex and a nice flat top. Drill some holes for the diesel to pass through and the long bolt that holds the filter in the cup will be perfect fasten the brass plug in place.
Failing this I think I'll use the brass adapter and one of the cup solutions on here. Another option I thought of was to just use a big fuel filter with a hose connection. Not ideal and not pretty - but it'd work fine I think.
I'll keep you guys posted if I decide to sell the spare tester - but I'm hoping I can sort it out nice so that it's worth a decent amount. Project budget is tight so anything I can do to raise some $$$ helps fund more stuff.
I have to say they're both very nicely built units - they were old Peugeot dealer service tools I picked up. I'll try to post pics of both.

Just tried Napa with both part numbers from the links (CIS and diesel) and they had nothing in the system.
Called the local authorized Bosch diesel shop and the part numbers weren't in his price list - but he's calling their support line to see if it's still valid.

But NAPA has an M22 plug that can be tapped to 1/8" NPT
and a fuel filter from a Rabbit can have the top cut off before you screw it on, with one of those nice can openers that cut the top ridge instead of the lid.

That is a good idea, what sort of threads are at the bottom water drain area?

$116 plus freight for the fluid container from the diesel shop - has to come out of Bosch (Toronto).
So I'll mess around with fixing the one container I think I can fix with a M22 plug, and I'll figure out a similar solution for using a fuel filter as suggested as well. If I can get a steel fuel filter from a CIS car to screw on - then it should be easy to do - just won't have any visibility to see the amount - but still easily drained if needed.
I'll update with pics once I get some stuff to try out.

Awesome, i`ll go ahead and watch this thread too. I ordered the $70 canister today.
Normally i`d have no trouble busting out some fittings and making something work with a normal fuel filter, etc. This time needs to be done clean and quick. My car is not running too well so I need to find a good set of injectors and get them in asap.
