k03 from gas engine cartridge to diesel ?
« on: August 21, 2012, 06:36:10 am »
Is it possible, since I am having a hard time finding a good K03, to replace the center cartridge in my crap turbo with one of a good k03 ?

I have the AAZ K03 and wondering if I can get a gas engine K03 (with different flanges) and swap the center cartridge.

Thanks
-Eric

gas and diesel K03s are too different to swap pieces out of this one into that one..
92 Jetta GLI - Black, 1.6D w/ GT2056V turbo..
86 GTI - 4 Door, Med Twilight Gray, Tow Machine..
86 Audi Coupe GT - Tornado Red, All Stock.. WRECKED.
89 Toyota 4Runner - Dark Grey Metallic, LIFTED!

Turbo: exhaust gasses go into the turbocharger and spin it, witchcraft happens and you go faster.

Make an adaptor and just run the gas ko3.
