just build some yo!

i told you i would help..

K03 turbo never came stock on the 1.6..

i believe the 1.9 was a block feed/drain, where as the 1.6 is a flange feed/pan drain..
92 Jetta GLI - Black, 1.6D w/ GT2056V turbo..
86 GTI - 4 Door, Med Twilight Gray, Tow Machine..
86 Audi Coupe GT - Tornado Red, All Stock.. WRECKED.
89 Toyota 4Runner - Dark Grey Metallic, LIFTED!

Turbo: exhaust gasses go into the turbocharger and spin it, witchcraft happens and you go faster.

every darn 1.6 td engine i have come across has a messed up oil return hose that is screwed up and seeping, i hate it so much.  i have to deal with this myself on multiple cars in the next couple months but have no clue what kind of shop to go to or  how to go about the repair.

slide a piece of pink heater hose/oil hose over it, and clamp it tight..

you have to remove the ferrule, and the big nut from the end of the line to do it tho..

or else slit the crimps, and install a new section of line where the braided stainless teflon oil line once was..

matt is going to be using a K03 turbo on his 1.5D tho..

the K03 return line will NEVER bolt up to the 1.6, because it screws to the block, and the 1.5 has no provisions, neither does the 1.6..

(you can get KKK specific "universal" feed/return lines off ebay)

K03 takes its oil feed from the oil filter housing.
