1991McWilliams mk2 Jetta turbo diesel idi similar to Tdi . Started as a very rare eco td diesel. 1.6td. Pump was upgraded to a true td pump, not the weak Eco one. The turbo was upgraded from a k14 to a k24(same size as a t3 but spools 250 rpm sooner). Brand new head less than 50 mi timing belt is also almost new. Ac is cold. Very rare hard to find car. Crosshatch was still good no blow by. Turbo has ZERO play almost new. New front struts. New clutch all shift bushing and brackets replaced tightest mk2 trans you will drive. Currently the car runs at the stock psi , but with the current upgrades you are looking closer to 25hp over stock. With current upgrades the car is good for 15-18 psi. Wife decided to keep her car instead of driving this one..... Thousands spend to get it this far. Passed emissions with flying colors on sat. 45mpg at 70mph. If you don't know about vw diesels do some research before calling this is a good deal! please no scammers or low ballers/Craigslist flippers. Car is a 1991 it's really clean for a 1991 but remember its not a 2012. ie has some clear peeling and some minor dings.

The addition of the turbo pump will result in 15 more horses, not 25 and there's nothing else mentioned that will result in additional power. If the exhaust wasn't swapped out at the same time, the cat will be plugged. Regardless, the ECO exhaust is too small, IMO, and should be swapped out from turbo back.

well i guess its all a mute point now, I started asking this guy a bunch of questions and his response was:"As of now it's not for sale to u"... k
There is your chance! Tell him "As of now, I can't help you with your problem...but I will give you $2k for it since that light is on"After being so rude it would be pretty hard not to roast him. Trust your gut feeling though. If you play nice he might actually come down in price. I think it sounds like a pretty nice car but his actions make it sounds kinda fishy. Also, since when would an old diesel need to pass an emissions test? One of my favorite things about our diesels is that we don't have to worry about getting them smogged! I guess Arizona is different?
