I bought this off an aircooled gypsy last November at the Bug Jam in Fl. Being that I am not the part and cannot speak for the part prior to my ownership of said part, I have no way of knowing if it was in fact the one that was here "a few years back"

bump because I love cruise control, and neat NOS parts.
You can still the the factory cruise control turn signal stalk if you look hard enough too.
