did my headgasket on my eco. after getting in started it blowing a lot of greyish white smoke. motors running but not healthy. it revs slow, running rough, some misses
i dont know what to think
any suggestions would be great

Sounds like you didn't put your timing belt back on properly. Did you check the timing?

the cam and the crank are intime the pump i had to retime but its running to good the be far out

Maybe it's just far enough out to cause the symptoms you describe though....
