Timing Tools for AAZ

Hey guys,

I am going to be replacing the injection pump on my 1997 AAZ within a few days, so I am going to need to set the timing on my engine.
If I understand correctly, the tools I will need are a cam locking tool, pump locking tool, and dial indicator gauge. I have been looking around trying to find the best package in terms of quality and price for these tools but everything I have found is outdated.
So my question for you is, where is the best place for me to buy these tools, ideally as a package?

Also, the timing belt was changed relatively recently, but do you think I should change it again while I'm in there? If so, a place that stocks the belt as well would be good.
