I have 3 VW training manuals I could scan in and share with you guys
if anyone would be intrested.

1: 1994 Passat 1.9L AAZ turbo diesel on Fuel injection and ignition...
1: 1994 Passat 1.9L AAZ turbo diesel general engine manual.

The fact that it is for a Passat doesn't really matter much.

I also have a original 1977-1983 four cylinder diesel pro training manual provided by volkswagen.

The manual is very informative on a semi basic level that covers:
cold running/starting problems
idle problems
warm running problems
and special repairs.

The cool thing about this manual.. it has diagrams and cutaways of the injection pump.. pictures
of starting/running/acceleration/and maximum speed fuel metering.

136 pages of diesel info.

I have the four-cylinde diesel 77-'83 protraining manual.  There are some interesting nuggets of info but a lot of pages.  It would be great for others if you were willing to scan this in, awesome!

Oh is the 1.9lTD literature any different than what the bentley's for those engines have?  If it is different, that could be interesting...  Thanks!

I'll work on this over this weekend.. allong with fixing my failing waterheater and completing a downstairs bathroom remodel!
