how the hell do you get hit in the side and the other party not get the citation? Tell me you weren't cited. Is it a no fault state? Are the insurance companies going to fight it out?

I'm ready to prove there is no way in hell that she stopped, and that there was no obstruction in her way had she (GASP) stopped where she said she was.  I have so many pictures from so many sources.  I wasn't cited......I was just going home from work two blocks away

EDIT:  Police determined at the scene she was 100 percent at fault, although she wasn't cited.  I guess they figured she was in enough trouble already. I never asked nor pressed the issue. The police deemed the truck totalled.
