thanks but for electronics my stereo is more than i want. like to keep it mechanical as far as possible.

i just adjusted the rod on the wastegate, but i dont think i can close the vanes more than i have because the stop screw is almost out.

so right now i am just adjusting how far the vanes are open by the wastegate action.

did not tryed to boost at wot to check, but at idle the whistle sound is way more present and in one of the rides the boost hit 1.5 bar but then went down,i wasnt keeping the foot down so no fuel to keep it spooled...

That isn't a standalone controller. That is an audrino program. You have to buy and piece together many parts, assemble, trouble shoot, and actually make the device. It is a big step especially for those like me that do not program parts and the audrino is easily tuned with a USB, but if you bought the audrino and put it in the dash of your car, you will not be able to control the turbo.

I think I posted a pic/plan for my VNT controller.
I don't have it hooked to the peddle any more, I put a knob on the dash.
Boost still backs it off so it doesn't get much over 15,.. but I can adjust the knob for highway driving so it doesn't read 8 or 10 while cruising at 70.
Good chance to adjust it on the fly and watch what EGTs do.

A fat cummin crew cab, with crew, pulled up beside me and was checking out the car.
I got a little ahead of them and shoved the knob in, shutting off the turbo, floored it and left a huge cloud before I pulled the knob and left them.
The guy in the rear seat was hanging out the window with the thumbs-up and cheering up when they caught up to me, ha.

my problem is just with max boost.
even now i cant boost more than 1.2 bar... and the spool time is very quick!

Naww, your problem is having max available boost down low,...
and not haveing too much boost up high.

If your vanes are just controlled by a wastegate boost can, then the vanes will be fully closed prior to the opening pressure of the boost can.  Lengthening the actuator rod length will not cause it to spool faster and will increase max boost.  If you want it to spool slower, then you can adjust the SACRED vane lever stop screw so that the vanes cannot close as far.

how the boost be increased by lenghtening the rod?
i thought it oposite way...less movement=vanes wont open all the way so boost increases.

problem is i dont have enough space to do what ever i want without tear all apart... >:(

It depends on whether your actuator pushes or pulls with boost.  I shouldn't have assumed I kew which way your wastegate operates.  Anyway, you should make sure the actuator can still move the vanes to the fully open position and before limiting that range of motion, it would be better to add a manual boost controller inline.

my wastegate pushes to open vanes.

problem now is when driving normaly the car seems stuck,as vanes are closing exhaust.if i add a mbc i will just add more high boost/no go delay time...
and the transition is sometimes abrupt, the car suddenly starts to pull and makes noise without warning...(only signal vanes are about to open is that it makes a grinding/wistle sound)

with your setup the car is loud?beeing the vanes open as inicial setting?
the only thing i like the way mine is,driving it normaly, is that the car is really silent, more than a stock passat!(because the vanes are closed)
right now i feel i dont have the vnt benefits, because even if i have 1 bar at low rpm the car pulls like with a wastegated turbo would at half the boost... ::)

dont get me wrong, hammering the foot down makes things go fast,i think i have near 130hp as it is,but is a bit strange to ride...

With my vane control, the more you push the pedal down, the more the vanes close.  The added noise of more fuel is somewhat mitigated by closing the vanes proportionately.  If I keep the pedal floored and boost builds enough to open the vanes back up, then it is noticeably louder with full fuel and open vanes.  Regardless my current rig is loud because I don't have any muffler on it, just straight pipe.
