I've got an idea of how to make it work, but I want to get some input from anyone who's already done it. (pictures help a bunch)

that fancy adapter, there where the throttle body should be, thats the KEY INGREDIENT to making everything work nice together..

So basically just fab a plate for where the throttle body would go. What about the valve-cover vent? Put that into one of the ports on the intake and plug the others up?

i dont run my CCV to the intake, but if i did, i wurely wouldnt run it into one of the ports already on the intake manifold. those are all too small.. i would just drill the inlet of the adapter, thread it, and install a 1/2" npt hose barb.
or you could use a G60 intake, and feed your CCV gasses into the LARGE front port on it.. but im fairly certain that the G60 intake was the only one having that large port on the front..

well on the one I have, there's a port on the passenger's side that's for some kind of sensor that looks to be 1/2 or 3/4". I was thinking of using that.

must be a mk1 rabbit intake then.. and that port should be for the cold start injector..

Yup, that's the one. Came off of an 81 Cabriolet, same year as my rabbit. (speaking of which, I have the computer if anyone needs one)

whats with the dual fuel filters?
Stock filters down to something huge like 15 microns, I do believe KEvs Racor (sp?) goes down to 5 or lower? AKA Superb filtering

2 microns Jer... so, like basically as clean as it would ever need to be..
i have 2 filters because i feel the original 15 micron just isnt enough..
the pump on my car is basically brand new, and i want to keep it that way, so with a 2 micron Racor filter, i get EVERYTHING out of the fuel, besides the fuel its self.. clean fuel leads to clean injectors, and a clean injection pump..
