NEEDED. K24 Turbo.

Hi im looking for a k24 turbo, If some has one and wants to let go of it let me know. I perfer a healthly one but is not needed.

i think he basically needs everything too.. like manifolds, oil lines, intake and exhaust pieces, everything..

am i right Tim?

cause im pretty sure i basically have you talked out of running a VNT, as well as your findings online.. they are starting to fail at an ALARMING rate..

No, the manifolds are not needed. I believe, but i maybe wrong. K24s will bold right up to a k14 manifold and downpipe right?

do you have the proper K14 manifold? the downpipe is JUNK for performance applications.. it necks down to a little bigger than 1" internal diameter..

Since thats the case, I have a good friend that can make a good downpine. What would be a good size 2.5"?
I would assume i have the correct k14 manifold. Did VW make two different manifolds for the K14.

They made at least two different exhaust manifolds for the k14 that I've seen.  And at least 3 different kinds for the aaz engine.

The exhaust manifold on my ECOdiesel with a K-14 is indeed different although very similar to the one from my 85 with a K-24.  I don't know how interchangable they are.
