« on: February 14, 2012, 09:12:09 pm »
today whel listening to messages on the work phone.. was full as my boss not been listening to them and deleting them.. i find a message from 3+ weeks ago he never told me abt..

i have not had a pd to play with... nor do i have a book on it.. so who has done one??

since the injectors run off the cam.. i expect there is no pump timming required.. but fill me in.. with some info..

i know replace waterpump and crap...

i expect the cam gear still pops off like old ones

a diy link on it would be great too...

It's easier than the injection pump engines. As with all the latter tdi engines, the most time-consuming part is dealing with the engine mount.
2006 Jetta TDI - gtb1749v, Malone 2, Frank's Titan 2 cam, VR6 clutch....
1991 Jetta TD - sold :(
2001 Golf TDI - Son's
