very easily Kev, they are pretty much the same under the hood with placement of stuff. You may have to cut the tubes short for where they go under the battery and run your own rubber hose to the inter cooler.. but it would fit pretty good id think.

where does it actually mount up?
and how much boost will a stock core hold, before the plastic tanks blow off?
TDIs run a considerable amount of boost dont they? north of 20psi?

It mounts in front of the driver tire. Side mount intercooler.
this is an AHU ic setup, drivers side determines it. ALH had it on the passenger.
AHU's run 12-14psi stock from their k03's

not to kill a sale here... but fitting to a mk2... way more work... the first tdi conversion i did was in a mk2... unless you got big bumpers.. not happening... and the batt needs changed.. i used the mk3 mount and moved it sideways but it will not in no way fit under the fender.. gotta cut it and use the big bumper to hide it away..

Thanks for all the replies/info people.
I had it in a mk1 with a slight scoop in the hood and placed the cooler where the battery was(even before the scoop my intake temps went down and aswell with egt)
Friend of mine also has the same cooler/pipes and a few aftermarket couplers to stick it into the driver side fender well(plastic liner was cut up a little to make it fit) on his mk2 jetta
