Hello, I have a gas leak coming from the top of my in injection pump, where the Injector overflow hose connects to the IP 'nut', in between what I want to say is a 1/4 and 3/16 inch fuel line. I was wonder, is there a 'O' ring that goes around where that 'nut' screws in or something?
Sorry for my bad explanation, I'll try to get pictures tomorrow.
Thanks!
First, if it's a gas leak you have more than just leaking issues...
As for your leak, either the 17mm banjo bolt is loose, or the smaller diameter hose needs to be cut and put back on or replaced. There is no o-ring there, only 2 copper washers.
If I understand what you are describing.

It's the bolt that the injector 'over flow line' connects to (dunno if that's actually what it's called?) the line going in is a smaller line than that going out.
Didn't know that could be tightened down...
Yeah, sorry bout the description, heh...
Look on this site for how to recondition those copper washers. Takes just a moment but you need ultra fine sandpaper and a torch, maybe a lighter will do.
Snip the ends of the hoses off if they look frayed or splayed. That brings you back to tight fitting hoses on the barbs. The Out banjo fitting can be removed, cleaned and freshened up and then retightened. Just be sure to hold it in position where the little barb points to the front of the pump. Not much extra hose to make that jump.
Oh yeah, welcome
If that little line ends up too short then primer line for snowmobiles is a perfect fit.
