hi!
I am looking for a person or a company with good reputation by building td and tdi engines for custom applications in reasonable prices. Around trisate(ny,nj,pa) area is best but i consider all options for the right person or company.

Are you talking industrial applications or automotive? You need to add more info. Like large number of units? Engine size? Rebuilt vs new?

automotive application mostly 1.9's AAZ,1Z,AHU will try to reach best possible whp

One of the best active builders on this side of the world is Matt Whitbread. Definitely on the forefront of performance tdi builds. He has a number of projects chronicled over at tdiclub. Also not too far away from you in Ohio.
