No heat! 02 TDI

Okay, so heater core hoses are hot and hot. No leaking coolant from heater core. No matter where you set the temp setting on the dial the temperature of blowing air stays the same.

I had a 94 Audi and the flap motor blew and I had to replace that so that the blower box flaps would move, is there a flap motor in these cars?
