Oh yeah, mine originally had a/c. I said it was simple but not easy. It is by no means easy.
I do have a windshield drip on heavy heavy rains. There must be a bad spot in the silicone bead i have around the outer seal
Car is Non-AC, so it shouldn't be too bad. It has done this every year I have owned it (5 years) and every winter is a pain in the ass to defrost the window.. figuring it will be worse now that its diesel.. wanted to switch it out before winter! I am totally just gonna pull the seats and dash, i hate not having enough room and the dash comes out with like 7-8 screws.
I know for fact the parts car had a great heater core, as it even being a diesel in the dead of winter when i would go out and run it.. would have the window steaming on the outside in minutes of idling even! When they arent making any real heat! I mean a new one is like $60...

how new is it tho? a used heater core is never a good idea honestly, unless you KNOW when the last time was that it was replaced..
