This is a 1.9L Diesel manifold (non turbo)

This manifold is for the N/A 1.9L Diesel engine. It cannot be used for any type of turbo application as it totally blocks the compressor outlet of all the turbo's used on any VW Diesel. Unless you have one that goes under the car (too intercooler) and then back into the engine bay. This is the only way it could work. As for volume...the AAZ manifold might not hold just as much volume, but its not as restrictive internally. Notice the large 'rib' along the top, above the breather inlet. This is for the EGR and of a genius design. Notice the EGR doesnt just dump it right into cyl. 4.... it is blown through this 'rib' to the point where the air is drawn into the manifold and the CCV / EGR and intake air all mix.... and eventually block this manifold with an incredible amount of grease / soot buildup. Block that EGR !

Hope this helps. DM

I disagree, the manifold will fit any TDI VNT setup, the turbo is mounted below.  The only issue is the provision for the egr, the studs would most likely have to be removed and a block off plate and bolts would be used to block off the egr on the exhaust manifold.
