• Hello
  
  I have a 1994 Jetta Mk III 1.9 TD car with AAZ diesel engine!
  the engine is currently almost factory, I would like to get more torque out of it, what should I replace or what should I set. The only modification is the OEM intercooler.

• hp and torque are both basically the same thing, high revving engines just make "less" torque because hp is a measure of torque at velocity.  so all you wanna do is like r.o.r said is do any modifications that make more power period.

• First few things I did to my AAZ where:
  
  0. Got a boost gauge and EGT gauge!
  1. Turned up the boost by adding a manual boost controller.
  2. Turned up the fuel.
  3. Enjoyed my car alot more.
