Need help intake/exhaust manifold torque spec

I have a Samurai with a 1z TDI..I love this thing.  I'm in the middle of moving and my manuel is pack away in storage.  I need the torque spec for the intake manifold to the cylinder head, the exhaust manifold to the cylinder head, and the exhaust manifold to the turbo (k03/04).  I'm installing water injection and look forward to posting the results.  I've searched and have found very little online.  The dealership needs a VIN to look up the torque specs.
