We ve made a deal on price for me to buy this Turbo and ship it here in Canada.
The only issue is how to give payment.
I speak ZERO Bulgarian and Ivo s english is limited.
Can someone vouch for e mail money transfer as a reliable type of payment that is free of any charges?

He wants paypal and it s 4% fee. Paypal doesn`t have insurance either.
Looking forward to running this big bad boy on my little AHU it just needs to get here!

Help me out english/Bulgarian fellow board memebers...
Maybe you can vouche for me Tyler??

Short of sending a cheque or cash I don't know of any free money transfers. I am unfamiliar with email money transfers.

I would just use PayPal or get a money order. Money orders are supposedly insured but talk to the issuing institution for details and limitations.

I've used xoom.com a few times for international wire transfers, it's like $5 for a transaction, works great. Just get all the reciever's banking numbers as listed on the site.

Turbo: exhaust gasses go into the turbocharger and spin it, witchcraft happens and you go faster.

galaboff has been around the site for a long time guys..

He hasn't made many friends on the tdiclub.  Just trying to be watchful for others, that's all.

Yeah...agreed, buyer beware.... I know a few people had issues with cerber on TDI club, my experience was OK, that's why I'm willing to give him more business....I'm also aware that a turbo is far more complex than an intake which has zero moving parts...but at $400 cheaper than the cheapest I could find elsewhere I'm taking a chance and gonna let paypal sort it if the turbo arrives in less than great condition.... also want to add that he's been communicative during the transaction process and he included a "free" collector flange for the turbo :)

I ended up getting a brand new turbo from e bay.
I decided this 1756 was a bit to big and it wasn`t water cooled.
So I went with the GTB1752V, water cooled, brand new including all lines,
already had the vaccum actuator from factory, and cheap!

Let us know how this seller works out for you.
Seemed alright when I spoke with him over e mails.
I asked if he went by cerber on the TDI club website and he
said he was never a memeber over there and had no idea who cerber was.
This made me shy away from the sale.

OK...just wanted to say I did receive the turbo yesterday morning....however the turbo was not converted to vacuum operation as the original ad and picture indicated....he included some parts for the conversion but the main bracket that holds the vacuum diaphragm was not included.... again cerber/galabov/ivan/ivo, whatever you call yourself, could probably make a killing selling parts in the US market if you just sold what you advertised and made good on the bad.... that being said the turbo appears to be in good shape...but it is NOT the same turbo that was pictured in this thread ....I will post pics later today...
