1.9 injectors in a 1.6 TD

i've just been given a set of freshly reconditioned 1.9 injectors this weekend... so i was wondering, will they fit/perform well in my 1.6GTD rebuild that i'm currently doing? like whats the deal, would there be any technical difficulties?
