Cylinder Head Oil baffle

Looking through my parts box i found that i have an oil baffle for my cylinder head, a few questions, do i want to use it, and if so how do i install it?

it installs on the cam caps. just sits there.. the divot over #3 cylinder points backwards..

Turbo: exhaust gasses go into the turbocharger and spin it, witchcraft happens and you go faster.

It's supposed to help prevent runaway so yeah I'd run it.
'82 Rabbit, I put on a euro vnt-15, 2.25" DP, 2.5" exhaust, the result.....it whistled.

I removed the turbo, made a toilet bowl 2.5" DP, the result....it was deafening. Now it has a homemade muffler up front and a thrush in the rear, the result.....less loud.
